What we collect and why

• Assessment and contact forms: name, email, company, country and the answers you provide. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Used to respond to your inquiry and provide advisory services.
• Email correspondence: processed to handle your request.

Where data is stored

Form submissions are stored in our CRM (HubSpot) and may be backed up in our database (Supabase, EU region). Confirmation emails are sent via our email provider. We use processors under data processing agreements.

Retention

Lead data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact unless a client relationship is established, in which case bookkeeping and AML legislation determine retention.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@accountslab.no. You may complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate traffic. No advertising trackers are used.
